Coach Teadt was born and raised in Phoenix, AZ. He attended and played baseball at Sandra Day O’Connor High School in North Phoenix.After high school, he continued his education and baseball at Northland University, Wisconsin where in 2008 was the WMAC Conference Pitcher of the Year. Coach Teadt has coached high school baseball since 2009 at may different high schools in the valley and in Michigan. He has been in the Army for 15 years and currently runs the Army Recruiting Station in North Tucson. He has two children, Jenna 12 and Lincoln 9.
