1. Call to Order

• Executive Members Absent: none

3. Approval of Agenda

• Reviewed agenda, approval to review all items on agenda

4. Agenda Items Reviewed & Summary of Notes

• Review of Booster Club Bylaws (7:12pm-7:26pm): the booster bylaws were distributed to each officer. The board discussed the bylaws and noted items where further clarification is needed
  • Next steps: 
    • Follow-up questions for Beth Lake (Amphi District Booster Advisor): Section 3.05 Action w/out a Meeting- what constitutes in writing and what format? - email, text?
• Reviewed June 2025 Financial Report (7:26pm-7:40pm)
  • Report was handed out to all Board members that included at summary for June 2025
  • Paid bookstore for 2025 Coach’s stipend
  • Need to understand “boys accounts” vs. booster, may need counsel account for the boys (follow-up to Beth Lake?)
• Reviewed Transfer of Power/Transition Document (7:40pm-7:58pm)
  • Website needs to be linked to square
  • Social media/Website: board to establish policy/use but will have volunteers run/hire team etc. 
  • We will use GroupMe as the main form of communication to all members/parents unless notified otherwise
  • Need to work with AD to get parent list updated, not all parents are on the email communications from the school
  • Board will review current document and bring any items that need to be added to next meeting
• Fundraising Discussion (7:58pm-8:26pm)
  • Field/Equipment
  • Events: Senior Night & EOY Banquet
  • Snack budget
  • Social Media / Website Mgt.

  • Miscellaneous
  • Team pictures: need to secure vendor and date (this was not done in 2025). No cost to us but need to coordinate
  • We will send survey to full membership/parent group via Google Surveys
• FY 2025/26 Budget Discussion (8:26pm-8:30pm)
  • This will be established once the items that we will be fundraising for are finalized
  • Executive Board will propose to full board once established
• Future Meeting Cadence (8:28pm-8:50pm):
  • Executive Board: will meet the 1st Tuesday of every month (unless otherwise communicated.
    •  Next Executive Board Meeting: Tuesday 8/12
  • First Full Membership meeting (all parents): Tuesday, 8/19
    • Secure a table at Freshman registration to get emails of incoming Freshman that may try out. (Thursday 7/24/25). Need to contact Penny to secure a table etc.
    • Reserve a room at school (contact Penny) and promote on all socials, websites etc.
